We deliver all orders within 3 days to cargo company. You may receive the orders from Europe and the United States within 5 days. If there is a special situation with your product you purchased, we inform you.
We use 3D secure system in payments by credit card for the security of our customers. If you have a problem in this regard, you may contact with your bank and have your card opened for shopping with 3D secure.
You may cancel or change your orders before the cargo process starts. If your product has been delivered to the cargo company, you may not change your order. If the product sent to you is different than the product seen on the photograph or faulty, you may return it. You may demand for changing your product you received for one time only.

When you want to change or return the product you received, We direct DHL cargo to you. They get the product from any address you give in free of charge.
