At LABERDE, we maintain strict quality and fulfillment standards for all international orders.
We do not offer direct exchanges for international purchases.
If you wish to change the size or product, you must return the original item and place a new order.
All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery, based on the official DHL delivery date.
The return shipment must be dispatched within this 48-hour period, and the DHL tracking number must be provided within the same timeframe.
Delivery time to LABERDE is not included in this period.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be sent via DHL Express only.
The return shipment must be clearly declared as a “Return Shipment”.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges resulting from incorrect declaration or shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Items purchased on sale, with a discount, or during promotional campaigns, as well as handmade, custom stone-embellished pieces and products from the Exclusive Collection, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Important Notice Regarding Customs Duties
Failure to pay any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees requested by the shipping carrier (DHL) and/or local authorities, and consequently refusing or neglecting to accept delivery of the shipment, will result in the forfeiture of any right to a refund, return, or exchange.
LABERDE shall not be held responsible for any unclaimed shipments due to unpaid customs charges. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
